This is probably the wrong place to ask - the Net-SNMP package is primarily a C-based toolkit (though I believe there is a Java wrapper 'netsnmpj'). I suggest you have a look at http://www.snmplink.org/ Under the section "tools", there's a whole block of links to Java-based SNMP toolkits. (two dozen links in all).
