Yes. One option would be to use the "pass" mechanism, to invoke a script, which could then call your other program(s). See the section "MIB-Specific Extension Commands" in 'snmpd.conf(5)' for details. It may also be possible to invoke perl directly from within the agent (depending on how it was configured/compiled).
