The line:
view ifRow4 included .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.0.4 0xffa0

The agent only get the 0xa0 with this line

The line need to be change to:
view ifRow4 included .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.0.4 0xff:0xa0

In this case everything is fine.
