Integrating HP insight agents with MRTG.

Hello I've implemented HP (Hewlett Packard) Insight manager agents on Proliant server (Enterprise Linux 3) which it had installed MRTG aplication using net-snmp pack. Now, Insight agents need run with ucd-snmp pack, but they exist problems to do functionally both. Agents hang up mrtg functions and the server begining to swap. Did someone meet the same problem?
