Issue on compiling 5.3.1 on redhat 9

Hello,

    I have a compilation issue regarding NET-SNMP 5.3.1, I managed to
compile source code of net-snmp 5.3.1 on redhat 9 and 2.4.25 kernel, but
I got the following errors, please let me know your thoughts.
