The problem is that I cannot periodically do that as, for retrieving those
values - adds significant overload on some other critical process(the one
which I want to monitor through SNMP). If I do with sufficient interval of
time, the values will be inaccurate.

So can I take around 30 secs to respond? Will that be acceptable? If I do
that will SNMP walk work without any glitches?
