RE: Compiling a MIB

d) use http://wwwsnmp.cs.utwente.nl/ietf/mibs/validate/
Snmptranslate at times doesn't show any errors on the MIB files created.
But by using the MIB validation tool at the above link, it gives several
errors for ex.

"
(2) description missing in object definition
(1) syntax error, unexpected DESCRIPTION, expecting COLON_COLON_EQUAL
"
Also few errors related to the MIB nodes itself such as 
"
 (3) SEQUENCE element #1 `nodeid' is not a child node under `NodeEntry'
   (3) SEQUENCE element #2 `nodemaster' is not a child node under
`NodeEntry'
"

What can be the reason for these kind of errors, which are generally not
captured by snmptranslate?

b) search yourself
c) build yourself
