dsktable monitoring

Hi All,
 
We are monitoring dsktable usage using Net-SNMP Agent - 5.3.1
 
We have added the following entries to the SNMP conf file: snmpd.conf
 
disk /  25%
monitor -u test1-r 600 -o dskPath -o dskErrorMsg "dskTable" dskErrorFlag
!= 0
 
So if the free space on the root partition falls below 25%, a trap is
getting generated. But the problem is a trap is coming every 10 minutes
for the same event. We want to generate the trap only once when the
problem has been idenitifed for the first time,  not every minutes.
Can any one point us how to fix the problem.
