You're missing the "agentSecName" (and accompanying "createUser"/"rouser")
directives.   The agent needs an internal SNMPv3 user, in order to
retrieve the information being monitored.

You've also got more trap sink entries than you need.
You need to choose between "trapsink" *OR* "trap2sink" *OR*
"informsink" for each of your trap destinations.   With thesnmpd.conf
file as shown, each management station will receive three copies of
each notification (6 in all).
I doubt this is what you intended!
