You are correct with the monitor line, with the exception that I HAVE to specify a user using the -u parameter.  When I change the value of the result from either 0 to 1 or 1 to 0 no notification is sent.  Do I need to specify a notification line as well?  Also, there is a -i between the -r 60 and the first -o entry.  Is this necessary?
