snmpwalk report Timeout: No Response on AIX 5.2

Hello all:
I have just compiled and install net-snmp 5.3.1 on AIX 5.2.
Compiler is gcc .
I have executed /usr/local/sbin/snmpd -r -d /usr/local /share/snmp/snmpd.conf
When I execute snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 127.0.0.1 in the first time ,it works well.But when I run it again,there is no response.
snmpd.conf is as fllows：
com2sec notConfigUser 127.0.0.1 public
group notConfigGroup v1 notConfigUser
group notConfigGroup v2c notConfigUser
access notConfigGroup "" any noauth exact all none none
view all included .1 80
syslocation chengdu
syscontact root@localhost
could you give me some advice on how to make it run correctly?
