Hello all I'm trying to use net-snmp as a subagent to a master AgentX built using the agentpp AgentX implementation. When I start net-snmp (./snmpd -f -L -X localhost:4700) a few MIB's (or parts of them) get registered that are already registered. Those are: SNMPv2-MIB SNMP-FRAMEWORK-MIB SNMP-MPD-MIB SNMP-TARGET-MIB SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB SNMP-USER-BASED-SM-MIB SNMP-VIEW-BASED-ACM-MIB NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB::nlmLogTable NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB::nlmLogVariableTable IP-MIB::ip TCP-MIB::tcp UDP-MIB::udp >From what I gather the first nine should be a part of the master agent and not the subagent. Is there a way to remove them? I tried to do that at compile time and at run time, but was unsuccessful in getting the correct parameters. Could someone point me in the right direction? thanks -- Johnny Ljunggren, Navtek AS ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
