So just changing the link options to libtool gets snmpd working _and_,
the resulting snmpd binary doesn't require "-r"?

We have net-snmp-5.3.1 building on AIX 5.3 with shared libraries but
we still need -r. We get the following error without -r:
  nlist: No such file or directory
