RE: error on subcontainer '' insert (-1)

Hello Robert,

        What my findings on the issue (error on subcontainer '' insert
(-1)) are that ipAddressTable could not deal with the interfaces with
the same IP, in my case, interfaces are ppp interfaces.

        Moreover, since all queries to interfaces happen periodically,
it might consume most of system CPU and interrupt the normal system
activities, like my case, so I would like to suggest slowing down each
round query a bit.

Ok, a little more digging and I see where this is happening in 5.3 as
well..
Try this patch instead...
