In the MIB, I import this type via SNMPv2-SMI :

IMPORTS
	enterprises,
	MODULE-IDENTITY,
	OBJECT-TYPE,
	Unsigned32,
	Counter64
		FROM SNMPv2-SMI
	OBJECT-GROUP
		FROM SNMPv2-CONF
	TRAP-TYPE
		FROM RFC-1215;
