Books on SNMP - Need Suggestions!!!

I hope this is on-topic for this list.... I would like to get some recommendations on SNMP books. >From searching the archives, the only suggestion I found was I believe a reference to: Understanding SNMP MIBs by David T. Perkins and Evan McGinnis Does anybody else have recommendations, or is this a fairly definitive text? I have successfully implemented a MIB (300+ traps, only 5 scalars for the trap info) using the Net-SNMP sub-agent. This was pretty straight-forward. Now I would like to get into the really useful features of implementing scalars, tables, etc. The final result is to build MIBs and sub-agents for devices without built-in SNMP support.
