That's because you've got an incomplete OID/Type/Value triplet at the
end of your command:

> snmptrap.exe  .... MUSE043 uptime trapoid Test

$ snmptrap
No hostname specified.
USAGE: snmptrap [OPTIONS] AGENT TRAP-PARAMETERS

  -v 2 TRAP-PARAMETERS:
         uptime trapoid [OID TYPE VALUE] ...


You've specified "Test", while the command is expecting "OID TYPE VALUE"

Try omitting this altogether (to send a trap with no extra varbinds), or supply
the full OID/Type/Value triplet for your "Test" varbind.
