snmpget problem

Goood day for everyone!
My snmpd behave in strange way (of course it's my fault, but where? :))
First of all I have my ovn MIB implemented in snmpd...
$ snmpwalk -v 2c -c priv 127.0.0.1 mib-2
.........
ART-MIB::arttest.0 = Gauge32: 1
$ snmptranslate -Tp -IR mib-2
..........
+--art(99)
|
+-- -RW- Unsigned arttest(1)
Groupe "priv" have read-write permission (in snmpd.conf -> rwcommunity priv )
but allways when I've tried to change value of arttest.0, I've got
next message:
$ snmpset -v 2c -c priv 127.0.0.1 ART-MIB::arttest.0 u 5
Error in packet.
Reason: notWritable (That object does not support modification)
Failed object: ART-MIB::arttest.0
The same problem I had with standart branches
$ snmpset -v 2c -c priv 127.0.0.1 SNMPv2-MIB::sysLocation.0 s "test"
Error in packet.
Reason: notWritable (That object does not support modification)
Failed object: SNMPv2-MIB::sysLocation.0
But, as far as I know the sysLocation is R/W.
Have anybody got any thought concerning my issue?
I'm open for any surgestions!!!
