Problem in setting a mibvariable of type DateAndTime

**
Hello all,

 I want to do a a snmpset on this variable. Can some one kindly help me with
the syntax.

schedLastFailed OBJECT-TYPE
     SYNTAX      DateAndTime
     MAX-ACCESS  read-write
     STATUS      current
     DESCRIPTION
         "The date and time when the most recent failure occurred."

         ::= { schedEntry 18 }

*I tried *
*snmpset  -M /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs -v 3  -e 800000003121212121212
-u anand  -l noAuthNoPriv -r 0 10.10.10.10 MY_MIB::schedLastFailed .0 s
11223344556*
