Attempting to connect to an SNMP Agent on a specific port

Hello, This seems like a simple question, but I can't find the answer anywhere in the Net-snmp documentation. I'm trying to connect to an agent running on IP 10.1.1.200 ( for instance) and port number 23060. So my question is, will the following query below work, address wise? snmpget -v 2c -c mycommunitystring 10.1.1.200:23060 oidname.0 Thanks for any help!
