The most likely source of problems would be any of the MIB modules that have been recently re-worked. (e.g. the various mfd-rewrites, or the HAL-based memory and cpu information). If those MIBs look OK on your kit, then you should be fine. Oh, and "exec OID ...." is no longer supported on a stock 5.4, if that's relevant to you. We might have introduced some extra APIs since 5.2.x, but anything that worked there should still work with the later releases.
