I'm sorry - I'm not familiar with "rlCopy.mib".
Is this a tool that you have written using the Net-SNMP suite, or what?

A bit more detail about exactly what kit/tools you are using
and exactly what you have tried might be useful.

Actually it turns out it's the radware mib not rlCopy.mib.
