You can ask to agent for configure options like this (this example is
running using Ubuntu Linux) : 

 $ snmpwalk -v 1 -c public localhost versionConfigureOptions
UCD-SNMP-MIB::versionConfigureOptions.0 = STRING: "'--prefix=/usr'
'--sysconfdir=/etc' '--mandir=/usr/share/man'
'--with-persistent-directory=/var/lib/snmp'
