Problem with Community string setting for v2

Hi,

   I have problem setting the community strings properly. I have checked
the snmpd.conf file and have set the rocummunity and rwcommunity
properly, but when I use a mibbroswer or command line snmpget or set ,
eventhough I have not specified the community string the set or get
seems to work. I have looked around a lot of code and couldn’t figure
out whats going wrong . Can you please help me .
