But I strongly suspect that you've forgotten .1.3.6.1.2.1.10.184.1.1.1.1.1.6 is the OID of wmanIfBsSfCsSpecification itself. In which case, you've forgotten the index value. That would fit with the error you're getting - the agent seems to know about the MIB object, but doesn't like the index value you've asked for. (Or not asked for, if I'm right in my guess).
