problem managing traps via snmpTargetAddrTable

Im trying using the SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB/SNMP-TARGET-MIB interfaces. Iv used the sink configuration via the snmp.conf. But trying to reproduce same behavior via snmpTargetAddrTable / snmpTargetParamsTable / snmpNotifyTable had no affect - no traps are generated. Iv compared the data created in the tables when generated via the snmpd.conf and from some Snmp manager and its about the same (except the storage type) ANY Idea what could have gone wrong? ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
