Well, there are directives "table" and "add_row" that I believe are intended to do something similar to this. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much documentation for them. The "add_row" directive is mentioned briefly in the web page http://www.net-snmp.org/dev/agent/data__set_8c-example.html but I'm not sure whether there's anything that describes the "table" token.
