The current code only works properly with the x86 style. The easiest short-term fix is probably to delete the line that generates the "Missing CPU info entry" message. (agent/mibgroup/hardware/cpu/cpu_linux.c - line 121) and recompile. The UCD-specific CPU stats will still work - it's just the (new) hrProcessorLoad object that won't.
