I presume you're concerned about the limitation of hrStorageSize to a 31 bit value (i.e 2 Terabytes when measured in Kb)? But remember that this is to be used in conjunction with the hrStorageAllocationUnits object, which can handle units up to 2Gb. So the hrStorageTable can actually support filesystems up to 4 Exabytes in size (i.e. 2^62 bytes = 4,000,000 TB), albeit with some loss in granularity. I've slowly been working on improving the Host Resources implementation, merging this with the UCD-specific MIB table code, under a new "Hardware Application Layer". Disk storage is the next area that I intend to cover as part of this. But the moment, we're about to start a new release cycle, so I'm concentrating on getting this under way.
