RE: Net-SNMP and Cacti install

That was the fix.  Compile OpenSSL and then re-compile NetSNMP.

I believe you need OpenSSL libraries installed, prior to your build for
NetSNMP based on the error messages below.  I am sure there is an RPM you
can get for RedHat for OpenSSL.

It doesn't look like the install completed properly because I cannot find
the snmpwalk and snmpget programs in the /usr/bin/ location?  This is
version 5.4 if anyone can help.
