Woooo it's really strange ... In fact now it's working ... But why ? what I have done is : cd /etc/init.d ./snmpd stop he tells me he stopped the daemon blabla and then snmpd (to relaunch it) and now it's working (but it's not working anymore when I reboot). Why when I "restart" it it's working, and not working after boot ? 2007/3/1, Dave Shield <[email protected]>: > > On 01/03/07, Benoît Lemaire <[email protected]> wrote: > > but when I do snmpget -v 1 -c public 192.168.0.1 system.sysUpTime.0 > > I got a timeout response :( > > > What's wrong ? > > Please see the FAQ entry: > Why doesn't the agent respond? > http://www.net-snmp.org/wiki/index.php/FAQ:Applications_04 > > (and possible the previous entry as well) for some possible causes, > and things to check. > > Dave > ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
