The dist/net-snmp.spec file has been added back for 5.2.4 which is currently at
pre-release (5.2.4.pre2) level. Feel free to give it a try and report back to us.

Fedora splits Net-SNMP into a different set of packages than we do which may
break "rpm -U". I'd suggest to "rpm -e" the Fedora-supplied packages first and
then "rpm -i" ours.
