about send_v2trap()

Hello all, I have a doubt about the sending of traps and the SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB. Lets say: a) a network management station A has configured (SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB) it self _not_to_ receive certain traps/notifications; and b) another management station B has configured it self _to_ receive those traps. 1 - What hapens when I use send_v2trap() or when a sub-agent asks the master agent to send that particular trap ? 2 - How does this relate with the trapsinks/trap2sinks/informsinks specified in snmpd.conf ? what's the precedence ?
