net-snmp compilation is failing

Hi,
i am santosh and new to this. I just downloaded the net-snmp-5.4 src code
from the sourceforge.net.
my linux box is RHEL3. After i run the ./configure script, i did the make.
But it is failing with
the following error message :-

Info regarding my machine:-

#uname -a
Linux lxpra24337 2.4.21-47.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Jul 5 20:38:41 EDT 2006 i686
i686 i386 GNU/Linux
and machine has this version of beecrypto library :-

beecrypt-3.0.1-0.20030630 (rpm -q -a |grep beecrypto)

can anybody please help me how to debug this ?
