Problem in accessing host

Hi all,

I am new user of net-snmp package.
I am facing problem while exicuting basic commands mentioned in the
net-snmp tutorial section.

e.g.


C:\>snmptranslate .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0
DISMAN-EVENT-MIB::sysUpTimeInstance

This is working fine but the command below failed

C:\>snmpget -c demopublic -v 2c test.net-snmp.org system.sysUpTime.0
snmpget: Unknown host (test.net-snmp.org) (No such file or directory)

Please help me in this case.
How to access the public SNMP device provided by net-snmp?
