Pick the "oldest" one among the platforms you support, build your own satic,
minimal set of net-snmp libraries suitable for your subagent and compile your
subagent statically against these libraries (all on the same machine). Then
distribute this static subagent. You may still need to adjust *configuration*
for platforms that don't support /var/agentx/master, though, but that's a
different discussion. :-)
