any good implementation of RMON

Hello all,
just wondering if anyone has ever done anything close to a good
implementation of RMON on net-snmp/Linux (even the older
ucd-snmp) and
wouldn't mind sharing the experience/code....
... maybe contribute the code to the net-snmp project ?!
anyone ?!
