Make install unsuccessful?

All, I build net-snmp 5.3.1 from source on my solaris 8 box.
uname -a
SunOS ipns01 5.8 Generic_117350-35 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-250 Solaris

Then I ran make install, which seems to have run successfully without
any errors.

However, I can't get snmpconf to work as the snmpconf-config firle in
the directory /export/opt/share/snmp/snmpconf-data/snmp-data was not
generated.

# ./snmpconf -g basic_setup
Warning: No snmpconf-config file found in
/export/opt/share/snmp/snmpconf-data/snmp-data
Warning: No snmpconf-config file found in
/export/opt/share/snmp/snmpconf-data/snmpd-data
Warning: No snmpconf-config file found in
/export/opt/share/snmp/snmpconf-data/snmptrapd-data
no such group basic_setup

Here is my configure invocation:

/export2/home/sm53808/net-snmp/net-snmp-5.3.1/configure
--without-root-access --with-default-snmp-version=3
 --enable-mfd-rewrites --with-mib-modules=ucd-snmp/diskio
--prefix=/export/opt/net-snmp --exec-prefix=/expo
rt/opt/net-snmp --with-persistent-directory=/var/opt/net-snmp
[email protected] --bu
ild=sparc-sun-solaris2.8 --host=sparc-sun-solaris2.8
--target=sparc-sun-solaris2.8 --with-logfile=/var/log
/snmpd.log --with-sys-location=Citigroup_Data_Center
--srcdir=/export2/home/sm53808/net-snmp/net-snmp-5.3.1

Following this, I ran make seemingly successfully.

What am I missing here? Any help, please?
