I'm not too familiar with the perl APIs, but the command-line tools "snmpwalk" and "snmpbulkwalk" only accept a single OID, and will walk the subtree rooted at that OID. I would expect the same to be true of the equivalent perl calls. It's valid to run a GetBulk request on multiple OIDs, but not the (higher-level) BulkWalk, IMO.
