Attached is the snmpusm.c which contain my changes. I cconfigured the
user at the time of initialization in init_usm().usm_add_user_entry() is
an API which calls existing snmpUsm library calls.

I do not have any problems with community-based setup. SNMPV1 and SNMPV2
seems to work fine.

OK - what are the results of walking the usmUserTable ?
(Assuming that you have some form of working query - e.g. a
community-based setup).
