Hi Thomas,
Thanks for the reply. To answer your questions, I am using
snmpbulkwalk to walk 8 specific OIDs. The process should take under 6
minutes. When I use v4.2.1 it works fine. When I use v5.0.7, it can take
upwards of 25 minutes. I am running hte exact same tests with the only
difference being the version of net-snmp. I'm just not sure if anybody has
ever reported slowness in any version. I have not yet tried the latest
release. Is there any typoe of configuration that may be different between
versions? I'm not sure how to configure net-snmp, if it is possible.
