Where did you read this? Because we need to get it corrected - this is wrong. The Net-SNMP agent does *not* (currently) support per-CPU statistics. It's on the list of things to tackle, but it's not done yet. The nearest would be the hrProcTable, which *does* now provide per-CPU information (at least on some architectures).
