Hi, On CentOS 4.4 with NET-SNMP version: 5.1.2 I get some value from network elements with INTEGER type. This value could be negative or positive. But I notice that : - with net-snmp C library or command line tool the value returned is correct when positive but when it's negative the value is (2^32 - "correct value") example : with C library : - INTEGER: 4294967254 with command line tool : - truncating integer value to 32 bits - SNMPv2-SMI::transmission.127.1.1.1.1.6.3 = INTEGER: 4294967269 When I use the same command line tool on my Mac OS X -NET-SNMP version: 5.4- the value returned is correct : - SNMPv2-SMI::transmission.127.1.1.1.1.6.3 = INTEGER: -27 My Mac is a CoreDuo 32bits and the CentOS is a Xeon 64bits. Is their a fix or a solution on CentOS?
