error in snmpd

Hi,
I am trying to run  the SNMP daemon service but it is not starting, when i
use following command

/usr/local/sbin/snmpd -c /usr/local/share/snmp/snmpd.conf -x localhost:161
-D -d -f

It is giiving following error.

Please note that the port 161 is not in use. I have also tried to run the
service on some different port (like 2020, 3333 etc) using root user also
but the same error come.
