The Net-SNMP suite also supports a type 'ASN_OPAQUE_COUNTER64', which can be used with SNMPv1. But this is a private mechanism, and won't work with any other SNMP software. If you want to stick to the standards, you should use SNMPv2c/3, or stick to 32-bit values.
