What version of Net-SNMP?
What operating system/version?
What is the snmpd.conf directive used to invoke this command?
What are the permissions on the file /opt/DSC/Scripts/test.sh?

What is the output of running
    /bin/sh /opt/DSC/Scripts/test.sh
manually, on that particular box?

Dave
