I don't know how the remote box is configured, but the error message Authentication failure (incorrect password, community or key) would tend to indicate that it doesn't like one (or more) of the SNMPv3 username, authentication/encryption protocol or key, or the context string that you are using. I'd suggest that you try with a simpler query, perhaps a noAuth or authNoPriv request using the default context - and work up to the full settings that you need to use. But look closely at how the access control is configured on the remote agent.
