Hi Thomas,Hi Dave >In your build dir, what's the output of>./net-snmp-config --snmpconfpath>? the output as follows: /tmp/yaffs/etc/snmp:/tmp/yaffs/share/snmp:/tmp/yaffs/lib/snmp: /root/.snmp:/tmp/yaffs >How did you install the software on the embedded system?>Are you sure that you've installed all the relevant libraries, etc? Hmmm... I just copy the snmpd.o file and snmpd.conf into the embedded system. I put the snmpd.o in /tmp/yaffs,and the snmpd.conf in /tmp/yaffs/share/snmp directory.Nothing else be installed. Is there anything else must be installed? Thanks a lot! ----------original message-------- Goodshirly wrote:> I'm very sure that I've configured the Net-snmp> software using --datadir=/tmp/yaffs --sysconfdir=/tmp/yaffs,> and add the parameter --with-persistent-directory=/tmp/yaffs> the second time.
