Dear Thomas,

  I got it.

  Darn, I don't have gcc 4.0.4. (HP website has 4.1.2 and 4.2.0 and
the HP-UX Porting and ARchive Center has 4.1.2.)  I don't have the
licensed cc compiler.

  I do have the bundled cc compiler and gcc 4.1.2 and 4.2.0.  net-snmp
5.4.1.rc2 does not build with any of those as yet.

  I have updated the ticket with the details, and I have uploaded the
net-snmp-config.h file as you requested:
