windows command for LINUX "./configure --with-mib-module=<nameofmodule>

HI all.
the command ./configure --with-mib-module=<nameofmodule> in 
linux is used to recompile agent whit new MIB extension.
in windows the 
command --with-mib-module isn't allowed.
infact in prompt i write : 
perl configure --with-mib-module=<nameofmodule> , but the command isn't 
recognized.

Can anyone tell me what is the right command to use in 
windows environment.
